Myth #1: "Milk is very expensive."

Fact: Actually milk is far cheaper and healthier than almost every brand of soda and Monster energy drinks which can make you obese and contribute to diabetes.

Myth #2: "Milk allergy is common in CKD patients and alternatives are just as good."
