Packed Brown Sugar
1. Cream margarine and beat in sugar until soft and fluffy.
2. Add flour and mix.
3. Knead dough to incorporate the flour.
4. Form into a ball.
5. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
6. Roll dough out about 1/4” thick on a lightly floured board.
7. Cut with cookie cutters, or with a knife into diamond shapes.
8. Bake cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 325° F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
