Dried Bread Crumbs
Cheddar Cheese (Shredded; Reduced-Fat)
1. Remove scales, insides, head, and tail of the flounder.
2. Heat the oven to 375F degrees.
3. Sprinkle the fish with salt and lemon juice.
4. Lay fish in shallow nonstick baking dish.
5. Cover with bread crumbs, cheese, small lumps of margarine, and onion.
6. Bake for 35-45 minutes or fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
7. Baste the fish from time to time with the pan juices.
