Steak (Visible Fat Removed)

Flour (All Purpose)
1/4c.
Non-Dairy Creamer
1c.
Water
1/4c.
Mushrooms (Sliced)
6oz.
Barbecue Sauce
1/4c.
Hot Sauce
3tbsp.
Onion (Sliced)
1med.
PREPARATION
1. Dust the steaks with flour.
2. Discard any remaining flour.
3. Place steaks in slow cooker.
4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steaks.
5. Cover and cook on high.
Serve with mock mashed potatoes or rice.
