INGREDIENTS
Beef Rump Roast
4lb.
Garlic
4cloves
Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
2tsp.
Beef Broth (Low-Sodium)
10oz.
Oregano
1tsp.
PREPARATION
1. Place rump roast in slow cooker.
2. Cut 2 small slits in top of roast.
3. Fill each slit with one clove of garlic and 1/2tsp. of cheese.
4. Pour broth over meat.
5. Sprinkle with oregano.
6. Cover and cook on low.
7. Remove meat and slice or shred for serving.
8. Serve meat juices on the side if desired.
