Chicken Breasts (Boneless; Skinless)
Green Peppers (Diced)
Green Onions (Chopped)
Ground Black Pepper
1. In large bowl, combine chicken, green peppers, and scallions.
2. Add olive oil, garlic, peppers.
3. Mix with wooden spoon.
4. Saute chicken mixture in large skillet or work.
5. Cook on low heat until chicken is cooked through.
May be served with rice depending on dietary restrictions.
