Red Bell Pepper
Green Beans (chopped)
1. In a medium size, nonstick skillet, sauté garlic and green beans and red bell pepper in olive oil.
2. Rinse and drain tofu and crumble into the skillet. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Stir and cook on low to medium heat until the tofu turns a light golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
4. Water will evaporate out of the mixture as it cooks.
Serve warm with a slice of bread, and black tea.
