Uncooked Instant Rice
Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
Thinly Sliced Green Onions
1. In a medium saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
2. Stir in rice.
3. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, sauté mushrooms and onions in margine and a dash of wine, for taste, until mushrooms are tender and liquid is absorbed (approximately 6 minutes).
5. Fluff rice with a fork and stir in the mushroom mixture.
