2% Warmed Milk
Optional Seasonings: Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Rosemary, Parsley Flakes
1. Cook cauliflower per package directions until very soft.
2. Drain the cauliflower.
3. Puree with milk in blender or food processor until smooth.
4. Add seasoning of choice and serve hot.
This recipe can be served à la carte or as a side of another main dish.
