Lean Steak Filet
- Remove all visible fat from lean cut of steak(s).
- Dust steak(s) with all purpose flour.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Generously combine chopped onions and mushrooms.
- Add water to fill the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Marinate with barbecue sauce (1/4 cup) and hot sauce (3 tabsp).
- Cover and cook for 4 hours.
