Chicken Breast Meat (cooked and diced)
Grapes (cut in half)
1. In a medium sized bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, milk, mustard, black pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Stir in chicken, grapes, and celery. Mix well and refrigerate until serving time.
Served á la carte or on top of lettuce. The dish can also be spread over crackers, or in a sandwich.
*Note: For a lower fat and calorie version, use skim milk and low-fat mayonnaise.
