Roasted and Breaded Fish
- Rinse your choice of fish and dry it with a paper towel.
- Heat olive oil in medium size skillet.
- Place fish in pan and add lemon juice. (2 Tbsp).
- Season fish with black pepper and plain breadcrumbs.
- After 2 minutes turn fish over, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Place onions around the skillet, and cook until caramelized.
- When fully cooked your fish should separate easily with a fork.
Served with salad or choice of vegetable.
