Roasted and Breaded Fish

  1. Rinse your choice of fish and dry it with a paper towel.
  2. Heat olive oil in medium size skillet.
  3. Place fish in pan and add lemon juice. (2 Tbsp).
  4. Season fish with black pepper and plain breadcrumbs.
  5. After 2 minutes turn fish over, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place onions around the skillet, and cook until caramelized.
  7. When fully cooked your fish should separate easily with a fork.

Served with salad or choice of vegetable.
