Green Curried Cabbage

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Coarsely chop cabbage, wash and arrange in casserole dish.
  3. Finely chop onions, green and red peppers and arrange atop cabbage.
  4. Mix garlic powder and brown sugar, then dust over the vegetables.
  5. Chip and scatter butter over the vegetables then drizzle oil over the dish.
  6. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Add curry  halfway through cooking time, stirring it into the cabbage and vegetables.

Served with naan, tortilla or sliced bread.
