While the University of California San Francisco Medical Center maintained its number one position, notable changes include the drop of Jackson Memorial Hospital from the second spot previously to the fourth position on the list. On the other hand, Methodist Specialty & Transplant Hospital moved from five to two on the list. Johns Hopkins Hospital dropped out of the top ten, and the University of Alabama Hospitals fell below the top fifteen.
