Green Curried Cabbage
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- Coarsely chop cabbage, wash and arrange in casserole dish.
- Finely chop onions, green and red peppers and arrange atop cabbage.
- Mix garlic powder and brown sugar, then dust over the vegetables.
- Chip and scatter butter over the vegetables then drizzle oil over the dish.
- Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
- Add curry halfway through cooking time, stirring it into the cabbage and vegetables.
