Spicy Stir-Fry: Have a taste of Asian Cuisine


Spicy Stir-Fry

  1. Combine cornstarch and water (1 tablespoon each)
  2. Mix egg (1), meat and/or vegetables, and canola oil (1 tablespoon); marinate for 20 minutes
  3. Heat skillet and add marinated mixture, cook till brown
  4. Chop and add red pepper, onion, and chilli pepper
  5. Add sherry, stir fry for 1 minute
  6. Dash with soy sauce, and sesame oil according taste

Serve with rice
