Unsalted turkey breast, cooked
1. Cut turkey into cubes. Dice celery and apple; finely chop onion.
2. In a medium bowl combine turkey, apple, celery and onion.
3. Add mayonnaise and apple juice. Stir together until well mixed.
4. Chill until ready to serve
